Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp diced chipotle peppers
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, place all ingredients except chicken.
  • Whisk until well blended.
  • Add chicken breasts, turning to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
  • Preheat griddle to medium heat.
  • Place chicken breasts on hot griddle.
  • Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Internal temperature of chicken should be 165℉
  • Remove from griddle and serve.
