Griddle Chipotle Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 3 tsp diced chipotle peppers
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place all ingredients except chicken.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Add chicken breasts, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
- Preheat griddle to medium heat.
- Place chicken breasts on hot griddle.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
- Internal temperature of chicken should be 165℉
- Remove from griddle and serve.
