frozen puff pastry, thawed

pound
ground sausage meat
½
cup
bread crumbs
1
egg
1
envelope
Sauzon Goya
1
tsp
salt

tsp
pepper

egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, mix together meat, bread crumbs, egg, Sauzon Goya, salt, and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface, until it's about ¼ inch thick
Cut pastry into 3 rectangle sections
Spoon sausage onto the centre of each section forming a line down the middle of the long side.
Bring sides together to form a long "log"
Seal sides together and turn log so that seam is on the bottom
Repeat with other sections of pastry
Cut each log into 2 inch pieces.
Place seam side down on parchment lined pan
Brush with beaten egg
Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes
Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving
Notes
If cooking in the air fryer, skip the egg wash and air fry on 425ºF for 12-15
