Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly
Form into 8 patties, about 1/4 inch thick, and refrigerate 20 minutes
Heat grill to medium.
Lightly oil grill to prevent sticking.
Place patties on grill and close lid
Cook with lid closed for 3-4 minutes.
Open lid and flip patties.
Close lid and cook additional 3-4 minutes
Patties are ready when internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not overcook
