Ingredients

white sugar

unsweetened cocoa powder

all purpose flour

baking soda

tsp
salt

vanilla extract

melted butter, cooled

bacon crumbles

cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Line a 13" by 9" pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate large bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract together, about 1 minute
Add dry ingredients to the eggs and stir together until just combined.
Stir in melted butter.
Fold in bacon and chocolate chips
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until centre is just cooked. Edges will be pulling away from pan slightly.
Allow to cool in pan
Cut into 16 squares and serve.
