In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil, together until well blended.
Form meat into 4 patties of 4 ounces or 8 patties of 2 ounces each. Making the patties as thin as possible, about ⅛ - ¼ inch thick.
Preheat griddle to medium.
Lightly oil the griddle so the patties don't stick.
Place patties on the oiled surface.
Close lid and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the patties and cook for additional 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165℉
Remove patties to a plate and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
