Instructions
Pulse peppercorns and mustard seeds in a spice grinder until peppercorns are broken down but still coarse.
Mix peppercorns and mustard seeds with the remaining ingredients in a large mason jar.
Close jar with tight fitting lid and shake vigorously to blend all ingredients together.
Store in a cool, dry area for up to 3 months.
