Avocado Lime Crema
- 1 medium-sized ripe avocado, peeled and seed removed
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp kosher sauce
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Pulse until smooth and creamy, 3-5 minutes
- Pour into a squeeze bottle and chill until ready to use.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
